Student Council is a program designed to serve as a democratic method for all citizens in our school to have a say in the operation of our school. Through Student Council, every student's ideas can be heard. We hope to get students more involved in helping our school.
Students in grades 3-5 are able to run for Student Council. Meetings will be held during school hours typically during lunch/recess. There will be two representatives from each classroom. They are responsible for attending one meeting per month. The representatives will then report the information to their own class and an assigned buddy class.
